IRA MARLOWE’s songs have been hailed as “four-minute movies”, known for their lyrical depth and wealth of visual detail. He’s taught songwriting at UC Berkeley and won the international Songs Inspired by Literature contest. Since 2012, he’s owned The Monkey House, a beloved listening room in Berkeley. With an email list of over 3,000 friends and fans, Marlowe and his new band The Slow Reveal are sure to draw a sizeable crowd of enthusiastic (and thirsty) supporters.
